Can I change my plan later ?
Of course. Our pricing scales with your company. Change it in the app or chat to our friendly team to find a solution that works for you.
What is your cancellation policy ?
We believe in flexibility and transparency. You can cancel your subscription at any time. Your plan will remain active until the end of your current billing period. We will not charge you after that. Any active minute bundles you’ve purchased will stay available for use until they’re fully consumed, even after your subscription ends.
How are minutes calculated?
Minutes are based on active call handling time with the receptionist, including greeting, information delivery, and message taking. This means that actions before connecting (such as rejecting calls based on your blocked numbers or filtered out spam calls) will not count towards your minute calculation. Spam calls that are handled by the receptionist will be charged.
