Additional Usage Costs

We believe in simple, predictable pricing. In addition to your chosen plan and bundles, charges can apply to keep your receptionist active and connected — like extra minutes or transferred calls.
Every charge is clear, fixed, and displayed on your invoice so you always know exactly what you’re paying for.

Extra Minutes — Just €0.35/Minute

With our plans, you will stay connected even after your included minutes run out. The Voixana receptionist keeps answering calls seamlessly — extra usage is simply billed at €0.35 per minute, no service interruption or surprises.

Transfer Calls

When your AI receptionist transfers a call to your number, the connection continues seamlessly.
Transfers are billed at your normal call rate rounded up to the nearest minute.


Spam calls

You’re never charged for calls our system blocks upfront.
Only spam calls that slip through and are handled by the Voixana receptionist counts toward your usage.


Run out of bundle?

Do you have no subscription plan and you run out of minutes? Then your forwarded calls will be unfortunately rejected until you buy more bundle minutes or subscribe to one or our plans.
